Late Monday night / early Tuesday morning, I decided to dodge the rain showers and do a photo outing. I normally do my outings on foot -- no "drive-by shooting" for me, thank you! -- but this time, I decided instead to cheat a bit and drive to the scenes I wanted to photograph so I wouldn't end up a few miles from home and caught in the rain with my camera gear exposed.

This was a good call on my part, as I returned home with this photo -- which I quite like! -- as well as several other photos that I'll be sharing here over the next few days. 8^)
