CAMERAS IN USE TO PROSECUTE DUMPING AT THIS CENTER

Although I use a tripod every chance I get (because it's a prerequisite if one's goal is to achieve the best possible image quality), I also enjoy doing what many refer to as "street photography," which means walking around with a small camera and taking handheld photos of the various scenes one encounters, such as this one.

Besides being quite enjoyable in its own right, I also find it a good practice exercise, as it forces me to compose photos on the fly that are less formal and rigidly structured, which, for better and worse, seems to be my natural tendency.
