Looking south along the FDR

The reason I was on the 103rd Street pedestrian bridge (where yesterday's photo was also taken) was to photograph Manhattan from an elevated viewpoint via a gap between two sections of the chain-link security fencing that runs along the sides of it. I waited until a cloudy, overcast day came along (i.e., not very long, as a former coworker reminded me) and this was the result.
